CRL’s reputation for quality, reliability and technical excellence is demonstrated through long-standing partnerships across the UK’s strategic road network. The company currently holds National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF) agreements in Areas 1, 2, 7, 9, 10 and 12. In 2017, CRL delivered the Oldbury Viaduct project, the largest concrete repair contract in the UK and Europe, valued at £20 million. Working with National Highways on Lots 10 and 11 of the SDF, CRL has fulfilled the role of Principal Contractor on over 75 contracts.
Operating across six regions, CRL has successfully delivered schemes on the Strategic Road Network (SRN) with a combined value of approximately £54 million. These projects have been delivered through strong collaboration with National Highways’ Planning and Development teams, regional delivery units, SES partners, fellow Lot suppliers and the wider SDF community. CRL has demonstrated its ability to design, plan and deliver complex schemes efficiently, ensuring projects are completed on programme and within budget, while minimising disruption to the travelling public.
