Ben began his career in construction in 1997, having graduated from Plymouth University with a HND in Civil Engineering. His journey began in the Highway Structures sector, working in the UK until 2004, when he then relocated to Australia.

Matt began his construction career in 1999 with an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, prior to switching to civils. He has a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering as well as an MSc in Engineering Project Management and is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the ICE.
Matt started as a Contracts Engineer with CRL in 2014 and has progressed through the ranks from Project Manager to  Contracts Manager, and eventually becoming Regional Manager in 2024. 
Matt has successfully managed a number of large projects for CRL and has experience in concrete repairs, cathodic protection, carbon fibre strengthening and waterproofing. This experience spans multiple sectors including highways, water, car parks and power stations.

Adrian is a Construction Management professional with a degree from Sheffield Hallam University. He has over 35 years’ experience in the building and civil engineering sector having worked in the UK and overseas undertaking infrastructure projects in some 50 countries. Over the years he has worked on many landmark projects including the Prince of Wales Bridge, Palm Jumeriah Gateway (UAE) and Temburong Bridge in Brunei. He has a wealth of knowledge of structural waterproofing, corrosion protection, structural repairs, and expansion joints.
Adrian is responsible for CRL’s Highways Division and is currently spearheading CRL's highly prized SDF frameworks for National Highways.

Simon is an Industrial Petrologist with over 30 years experience, specializing in the assessment of buildings and structures for alteration, strengthening, repair and refurbishment.
Simon takes great pride in his work, constantly striving to provide the best possible product, as safely as possible.
His specialties include: the use, abuse and performance of natural materials in the built environment, the diagnosis and durable remediation of failures, the design of appropriate inspections, surveys and investigations, safely and effectively to get to the bottom of a problem and provide the Customer with the right answers and presentations, tailored to suit differing market sectors, structures and problems.

Nick is a qualified Civil Engineer who joined CRL as Construction Manager in 2018 based in Melbourne as part of the company’s growth into Australia. His experience & background includes Civil, Rail, Building, Tunnelling, Water and Wastewater projects, in a wide variety of roles, including Senior Project Manager, Bid Co-Ordinator, Integration Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Construction Manager and Operations Manager.
Nick has worked on projects from greenfield freeways to complex brownfield freeways and arterial roads; from Australia’s busiest rail precinct and Defence Force buildings, to working on remote islands requiring thorough logistics and planning to maintain successful projects.
As General Manager Operations, Nick takes overall responsibility for all operational activities of the Australian office, driving the business forward whilst maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality, managing risk, and achieving Regional Targets.
