CRL has long been dedicated to empowering the next generation, whether they aspire to be engineers or pursue other professions, by creating meaningful pathways to employment. To further this commitment, we have recently partnered with YouthBuild UK, taking our efforts to the next level.
This collaboration is aimed at creating new opportunities for young people who are neither in school nor employed, providing them with the support and resources needed to secure a brighter future.
Our recent participation in a YouthBuild Networking Event allowed us to connect directly with young people and gain valuable insights into their experiences and aspirations. This event deepened our understanding of how initiatives like Community Mapping can enhance environments and how we can strengthen our partnerships with non-profits. Most importantly, it reaffirmed our dedication to fostering a safer and more supportive environment for young people to grow and thrive.
In September, we will host a Taster Day at our Mitcham office, inviting a cohort of students to join us for an interactive experience. This event is designed to give these young individuals a firsthand look at what it's like to work at CRL, introducing them to the various career opportunities within our company. We aim to provide them with hands-on experience, valuable insights, and inspiration for their future careers.
Our partnership with YouthBuild is more than just a program; it's a testament to our commitment to building a better tomorrow by supporting the youth of today.
