CRL was engaged to carry out some planned stonework restoration to this iconic building and worked closely with the Building Manager on a daily basis to ensure that the project ran without incident and that the building remained in full use at all times with our works were planned and co-ordinated to enable important meetings to proceed unhindered.

Our client, The Welcome Trust, is a global charitable foundation dedicated to improving health by supporting bright minds in science, the humanities and social sciences with an endowment of circa £16 billion and is the second largest after the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The Welcome Building at Euston Road houses their Welcome Collection which includes gallery spaces, conference facilities, space for debates, drama and workshops, a café and a bookshop to enhance public understanding of medical science and history.
